We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises. Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to legislation that prohibits the transport of goods that can be considered dangerous.

For orders not yet shipped and received you can cancel your order prior to entering the "processing" phase (usually within 1-2 business days of purchase). The "processing" phase is when your order has been assigned a product and is preparing to ship. 
If, under special circumstances, you are granted a refund in the "processing" or "shipping" phase, any refunds will not include the shipping fees paid if the product had shipped.
